I was pregnant when we started looking for a house and I already have a 6 month old when we finally got one. Kendall made our house hunting a very calm experience considering all the stress factors in our life. She was very helpful all through out the process. She was always informative and never pushy. She was always available for questions and very patient. She never made us drive to a house by our selves just to check the area, she always came with us which I think is very important so we did not have to waste time and gas.

To say Kendall is beyond amazing, is selling her short. Kendall is the ultimate person you want to have on your side when buying a home. I don’t know what would have happened if we didn’t have her on our side. We are beyond pleased with her services! We had a very tough task to find the perfect house and Kendall did whatever it took to find us exactly what we were looking for. She always had time for us no matter what time of the day it was. Calls were always answered/returned ASAP! She is very patient, dedicated and truly committed to making sure you end up with the right house that you want! I worked with Mrs. Kendall Hanson during the past couple of months searching for a home. I was extremely pleased to work with Mrs. Hanson because she was extremely professional and efficient in doing her job. She was very attentive and went out of her way to find me the perfect home. My wife and I were in search for a home, our first purchase was proving to be a nightmare. After losing bids left and right to cash investors, dealing with shady SRPD forms and a laundry list of other issues – we finally switched realtors and it was smooth sailing from there. I won’t mention who we dealt with for our first five month adventure, but he was not involved with this organization in any way, shape, or form. Experience was great. Kendal paid attention to the homes I had been watching on several sites to get an idea of what I was looking for and then found options for me that were on point. Since I don’t have anyone helping me with the selection and average 70 hours a week at work she offered to look at homes in person and let me know if I should make an extra effort to set aside time to come see a particular home. I really appreciated the extra effort to accommodate me with regard to my schedule

Kendall was very knowledgeable about the current market and more than willing to share that knowledge. As a first time home buyer I needed someone patient and willing to explain each process along the way. Kendall did! I have a difficult schedule and Kendall was exceptionally accommodating while showing houses. Even after my home was in escrow, she met me at the house several times to show my family. I was very pleased with Kendall’s services and will use her in the future and refer her to friends in the meantime.

Kendall’s GREAT! She found me properties to look at even before I came down to LV. The property I ended up choosing wasn’t even in my top 3 that I’d found online. She updated my search file daily and paid attention to my search parameters. She was professional in every sense of the word. She made herself available even after I’d selected and bid on the property. After the bid was accepted she hooked me up with some very good and reputable contractors, pool guys and even a discount appliance retailer! We found Kendall on “Incredible Agents” after using a less than satisfactory agent to look for our Las Vegas home. We only had a short time to look at houses, find the right one and make an offer. We were looking at foreclosures and Kendall was very experienced in dealing with banks. title companies and agents working in this market. She explained the procedures, time-lines and potential pitfalls. We were moving from Texas, had sold our home there, so time was of the essence. We bought FIVE properties with Kendall – investment properties owned by banks. These types of transactions require extreme attention to detail, timing and response. Kendall was always on top of everything and kept after listing agents, title companies, and HOAs to make things happen. Her follow-through is impressive. She can prepare a contract in minutes and when additional documents are needed, she always knows exactly which ones and gets them to you and back to the seller promptly. She always takes care of the nitty gritty, allowing the buyer to relax and enjoy the purchase. You won’t be disappointed.

From day one, Kendall was ready, willing and very able to help us with all the in’s and out’s of our home purchase. This was not an easy transaction, to say the least. With Jeremie in California, me in Texas, the home in Nevada and the loan rep in “la-la land”, it proved at times to be quite a challenge. And even at the very last minute, Kendall overcame a major obstacle on our behalf that could have compromised the closing. Great Agent

Kendall helped me out greatly with her expertise of the neighborhood when the market was getting pretty tough. She was easy to work with and very supportive in all my decisions.

I used Kendall to both buy and sell. Using Kendall is a completely different experience than I have ever had with a realtor. She is interested in what you want and does whatever possible to make you feel comfortable. I never felt any pressure from her, nor had to listen to a sales pitch. I ended up selling my house for more than anyone else in the neighborhood, and then bought an incredible home for a great deal. It was definitely worth getting Kendall involved. I only wished I had found her earlier.

I moved here on my own with two children. I had dealt with 4 realtors from different companies in this area prior to meeting Kendall. My previous disappointment turned to joy as she found me the perfect house in the perfect location right away. It was apparent that she listened to my desires, knows her market well, and is willing to put in the effort and time. As her client she continued to be my advocate throughout the process, from the first offer and well beyond closing. I don’t see how anyone could ask for more quantity or better quality ****istance in dealing with real estate matters.
